Manage an Onward Journey
If you have an Onward Journey, the Privacy Center lets you review family relationships, stop future Snapshot sharing, revoke active employer connections, turn off alerts, and request an export or deletion review.
Provider connections
Choosing to connect with one organization does not give every Onward partner access to your information. Direct provider sharing is authorized one organization at a time.
Family relationships
You can revoke a family or supporter relationship where the product allows it. Guardian access associated with a 16–17 youth participant ends when that participant reaches age 18.
Deletion and export requests
Registered Journey users can submit a request from the Privacy Center. We may need to verify the request before completing it and may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or documenting prior consent and transactions.
