We learn from pathways—not people’s vulnerability. Ready Set Onward is being designed to understand how people move from an interrupted education or employment pathway toward education, credentials, work, and greater economic opportunity.
What we may learn from
We may analyze privacy-safe patterns involving goals, pathway interest, geography, credential interest, provider supply, common barriers, referrals, enrollments, starts, completions, employment movement, and other outcomes recorded in the platform.
How aggregated or de-identified information may be used
Aggregated or de-identified information may be used to improve Onward Routes, improve matching, understand gaps between local demand and available programs, develop research and reports, support institutional analytics, evaluate movement through the platform, and develop products such as Onward Graph™.
What we do not make into a commercial list
Ready Set Onward does not sell lists of people based on hardship, family circumstances, disability, housing challenges, medical information, or similar vulnerability. We do not sell student or learner lead lists. Our principle is simple: we monetize intelligence about pathways, not personal vulnerability.
De-identification and access
Where information is used for aggregate intelligence, we aim to remove direct identifiers and report patterns at a level intended to avoid identifying a person. Organizations receiving analytics should use those analytics for planning, service improvement, workforce alignment, and related legitimate purposes—not to reconstruct or target an individual’s private history.
Paid participation
Payment for a profile, sponsorship, software, implementation, or analytics does not secretly improve an organization’s quality evaluation or organic fit recommendation. Sponsored placements should be identified as sponsored.
Individual sharing is different
If a person chooses to connect with a school, program, employer, or organization, that is an individual handoff governed by a separate affirmative authorization. See Partner & Provider Standards.
