Partner & Provider Standards
Ready Set Onward connects people with independent schools, training providers, employers, workforce organizations, and community resources. Participation in Onward does not transfer those organizations’ responsibilities to Ready Set Onward.
Learner choice comes first
An organization receives personal contact information or an Onward Plan Snapshot only after the participant makes an affirmative connection choice for that organization. Account creation, general Terms acceptance, or browsing does not count as permission to send a learner’s information to a provider.
Per-connection authorization
Each direct Onward handoff is tied to the selected organization and the information authorized for that handoff. Ready Set Onward keeps records of connection activity, including the organization, consent context, information prepared for sharing, and timing of the handoff.
Use information only for the approved purpose
Partners should use learner-provided information only to respond to the requested education, training, employment, support, or related connection. Partners should not resell the information, add it to unrelated marketing lists, or use it to infer unrelated sensitive characteristics.
Accuracy and responsibility
Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of their program, eligibility, admission, schedule, cost, credential, employment, safety, and service information. They remain responsible for their own applications, records, enrollment, hiring, legal compliance, and service delivery.
Paid visibility is not a quality score
Paid participation may provide enhanced profiles, sponsorship, workflow tools, analytics, or other clearly described benefits. Payment does not entitle a partner to a better factual evaluation, organic match, or hidden recommendation advantage.
No guaranteed outcomes
Ready Set Onward does not guarantee leads, enrollment, hiring, funding, reimbursement, completion, wages, or other outcomes for a partner or participant.
